Job Description:Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conducting facility planning to support all major construction programs and projects
- Continuous engagement with Probation and Regulatory Agencies to ensure that all current requirements and specifications are being utilized
- Coordinate and provide all required documentation, throughout all program or project phases, to all appropriate agencies
- Performs other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, within the last 15 years, providing CPM consulting services, including at least 7 years or relevant project experience in the repair, maintenance, or refurbishing of existing governmental and institutional-type facilities.
- Must have Design-Bid-Build, Job Order Contract, and/or Best Value Construction Management Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager supervising staff
- Advanced knowledge and application of programming, master planning, A/E solicitation, project development, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/construction principles, contracts and delivery methods are required
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project-related systems such as E-Builder, Prolog and Primavera are required
- Justice experience is preferred
- Registration as an Architect is required
- Certified Construction Manager preferred
Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $145,000-$162,000.
