Senior Project Manager - The KYA Group

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale commercial public works k-12 construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore).
