About the Job
- Lead and oversee end-to-end infrastructure projects, including network upgrades, server migrations, data center expansions, and cloud transitions, ensuring all phases are completed on schedule and within scope
- Develop, document, and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, adhering to enterprise project management best practices
- Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components, including Nutanix HCI, where applicable
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers, overseeing contract negotiations, establishing SLAs, and managing ongoing vendor relationships
- Monitor vendor performance, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring vendors adhere to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Evaluate vendor proposals, comparing options, and providing recommendations for selection based on project requirements and budget constraints
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including executives, IT, operations, and business units, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on project goals
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed to minimize impacts
- Coordinate and manage resources across internal teams, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with project schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects and vendor management; Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), especially Nutanix, is highly desirable
- Proficient in infrastructure technologies, including servers, networking, storage, and cloud; Familiarity with Nutanix or other HCI solutions is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
- Experience with enterprise project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, or JIRA
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
