Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects in the Commercial space.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• A degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Must hold relevant certifications and licenses.
