Job Duties and Responsibilities:The Retail Construction - Senior Project Manager oversees new store development in the Boost Dealer channel, working with Real Estate, Business Development, Merchandising, Field Sales, and vendors to ensure successful builds and remodels. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective schedule management for timely openings and sales growth.
In this role, you will:
- Manage 100+ medium-sized construction projects annually, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, mitigate risks, and reduce time-to-market for store builds and remodels.
- Coordinate resources with external vendors and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Communicate with external dealers and distribution partners to ensure alignment for store openings.
- Manage project budgets, track financial progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Oversee site surveys, signage reviews, and ensure quality standards and brand compliance for store builds.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Construction and Project Management certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years in Construction Project Management using structured methodologies.
- 2 years of experience in business analysis and problem-solving.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors within tight timelines.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and diverse project schedules.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in constructing and developing retail stores.
- Knowledge of the wireless, telecommunications, or sales industries is a plus.

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
