Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Triad market (Winston-Salem/Greensboro)

Salary: $130,000k - $145,000+ DOE

We are a Commercial GC that has been around for over 100 years and have established ourselves as a leader in the North Carolina market. With 5 locations throughout North Carolina, we have recently expanded to Triad region and are looking to make an impact immediately.

What You Will Be Doing

• Plan effective/accurate schedules for project(s) and manages manpower accordingly for multiple tasks/projects.
• Oversees a single medium sized project or multiple smaller projects.
• Mentor less senior staff. Manage multiple Field Engineers/Foremen on multiple smaller projects.
• Evaluate Field Engineer/Foreman and craft employees performance and identify training needs.
• Perform all duties of the Field Engineer/Foreman should project size, budget, or staffing limitations exist.
  
  

What You Need for this Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Commercial Projects in Healthcare, Commercial, Multifamily or Senior Living
• Experience running a project from $5M - $35M+
• Ability to drive and have a valid license
