Position: Senior Project Manager
Your Role in Our Mission:
Enhance project quality and efficiency by leading medium-sized project management teams and overseeing various aspects of technological programs.
Play a hands-on role in project execution, including staffing, task delegation, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Act as a liaison between clients, company leadership, and project teams, communicating project metrics and recommending adjustments as necessary.
Drive project success by establishing clear objectives, schedules, and budgets, while also identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Prepare detailed statements of work (SOW) for clients and secure stakeholder approval on project scope.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 years of experience managing complex projects, with preference for experience in Medicaid and Medicare.
Proficiency in MS Project and strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP).
Familiarity with Medicaid and expertise in project management related to provider enrollment and management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior colleagues and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a knack for navigating ambiguity to define clear project structures.
What You Can Expect in This Role:
Remote position with occasional onsite support and opportunities for travel (0-30%).
Initial week of orientation and interviews conducted via video conference.
Competitive salary range of $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, with variations based on geographic region and experience.
