Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified) at Pursuit Software

Role: Senior Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Fully Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects that involve multiple vendors and complex integrations and provide guidance and direction as applicable

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

• Develop and track full scale project plans including external integration points and dependencies

• Direct and oversee the project team, define project tasks and manage project resource allocation

• Manage project budgets and participate in quality audits

• Identify project risks and issues and develop and execute mitigation plans

• Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders

• Develop Requests for Information/ Proposals (RFI/RFP) for external services as applicable

Must have :

· Bachelor’s Degree or higher required

· PMP certification

· Minimum 5 years of project management experience

· Excellent communication skill.

· Strong experience running waterfall, agile and hybrid projects.

· Experience with Vendor contracts management and Vendor package implementations.

· Well versed with technology field and projects, also should have an understanding of the core infrastructure.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

· Must be local or relocate to client location before start date on own cost.

Good to have:

· Agile certifications

· Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps a plus

· Strong technical background a plus

· Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering a plus
