Senior Project Manager - Zachary Piper LLC

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an established healthcare organization for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is a hybrid and would require you to be able to commute to Philadelphia, PA. The Senior Project Manager will be for a responsible for overseeing multiple programs and projects, managing the full project lifecycle, and ensuring successful integration of new systems with existing clinical, administrative, and financial operations.

Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:

• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while managing diverse teams.
• Experience with program budgeting, risk assessment, and resolution of complex issues.
• Expert level knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications of the Senior Project Manager:

• 7+ years of project management experience with a high level of complexity and intensity.
• Demonstrated expertise in program and project management disciplines within a complex Information Systems environment.
• Experience evaluating, developing, and implementing custom and packaged software projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations and systems is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior business and clinical management.
• Familiarity with applications development, database management, and operating systems.
• Experience coordinating deliverables of multi-functional project teams.
• Proficient in creating project artifacts such as work breakdown structures, test plans, and go-live strategies.
• Strong business analysis skills, including business and functional requirements developmen
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP designation preferred.

Compensation for the Senior Project Manager:

• Hourly Rate: $60-$65/hour (depending on experience)
• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
