About the Role:
St. Dalfour is seeking a highly organized, results-driven, and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Supports business leaders in the overall project development process from initial evaluation to post-launch, including feasibility studies and resource allocation.
- Defines project teams and masterplans: Identifies required resources, drafts risk assessments and mitigation plans, and defines project timelines while monitoring progress consistently.
- Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., packaging, procurement, planning, and finance) to ensure timely delivery.
- Manages key initiatives, such as: ERP system transition, FDA label compliance for existing and new products, oversight of the second production facility.
- Feasibility assessments for operational projects
- Monitors progress and escalates issues to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.
Vendor and Customer Management:
- Builds and maintains relationships with key vendors, negotiating terms and securing competitive quotes.
- Manages vendor performance and provides updates on external partnerships
- Resolves customer-specific challenges, such as fulfilling unique packaging or compliance requirements for major accounts
Operational Collaboration:
- Coordinates new item development in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Assigns and tracks accounting tasks for cost analyses, evaluating financial impacts on COGS and cost savings from operational changes.
- Oversees the assignment and monitoring of timelines and duties for new products, offerings, and customers.
Process Improvement & Governance:
- Facilitates idea screening and scoping with business leaders, assessing supply chain impacts and risks.
- Establishes project tracking systems and governance structures, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Conducts post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve processes.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Partners with the executive team to define strategic priorities and align teams on goals.
- Coaches cross-functional teams in project management best practices.
- Represents the organization in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment and engagement across teams.
Functional capabilities
- Min 4-5 years experience in managing projects in food and beverage industry with in-depth knowledge of the product innovation process and its implications;
- Successful track record in managing complex projects simultaneously in dynamic and demanding environment;
- Demonstrated capability in working within different businesses and diverse cultures;
- Financially literate with commercial acumen;
- Passionate about consumers and products, understanding Customers need;
- Experience in business case definition (Brand/Product Profitability, Return on Investment, COG definition, P&L).

Educational and other requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business Administration or related experience;
- Project Management certifications;
- Fluency in English;
- Bi-Lingual in French is huge plus;
- Expert user of MS Office tools (Excel, Project and PowerPoint);
