Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of complex projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and facilitate communication.

Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including project managers, coordinators, and other team members, to ensure effective collaboration, motivation, and performance.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing challenges and obstacles to minimize impact on project delivery.

Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization in support of project objectives.

Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring that project deliverables meet established quality standards and client requirements.

Budget and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and monitor financial performance against project forecasts, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Change Management: Facilitate change management processes, including assessing change requests, evaluating impacts, and implementing changes in accordance with project governance procedures.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular project status reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders and executive leadership, highlighting key milestones, risks, and issues.

Lessons Learned and Continuous Improvement: Facilitate lessons learned sessions at project closure, capturing insights and best practices to inform future projects and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams, foster collaboration, and drive results in a matrixed organization.
