1. Security Compliance
Upgrade our Software Code across our platform to enable new features and maintaining security compliance.
SDWan Firmware Upgrade, Datacenter & DC Switch Firmware Upgrades
2. Obsolescence
Replace old equipment approaching depreciation and vendor support limitations.
DC & Datacenter Cisco VPN Hub Decommission
· Store Broadband Requalification & Construction
· Datacenter internet boarder redesign for multitunnel SDWan path back to the datacenter.
· Azure Bandwidth Upgrade & DR Testing
· DC MPLS Renewal Planning
· SDWan Path Policy
· NTT Replacement with Lumen
· Data Center: Upgrade border, agg, store-dc-agg, coreX devices to avoid end of support on 6/30/2024.
· Distribution Centers: Upgrade code on DC switches to supportable level (Hagerstown, Franklin, Macon, Frankfort)
· Store:
o Cloudgenix Code Upgrades for Support, Compliance, and New Features
o Inseego Firmware Upgrades for Support and Compliance
o Pilot rollout of Store Switch Upgrades to address PoE issue impacting store support, Infosec vulnerabilities.

o DC will be a partial Decommission (2 Clusters collapsed into 1)

Cisco UCM/UCCX Upgrade
1. of the Existing Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) server(s), which provide the hardware (compute) resources for the Unified Communications application(s).
2. Re-signing, regeneration, or replacement of certificates for the Unified Communications application server(s), which will provide secure authentication and encrypt sensitive information.
3. Existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), which provides the call processing for the endpoints. Including additional configuration of SRTP to meet PCI Compliance requirements.
4. Existing Cisco Unity Connection (CUCxn), which provides the voice messaging functionality.
5. Existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM & Presence (IM&P) Service, which provides instant messaging and presence functionality.
6. Cisco Unified Attendant Console (CUAC) Advanced, which will provide users with call routing and call distribution tools through a software console.
7. Cisco Smart Software Manager, which will provide the licensing management and enforcement for the Cisco Unified Communications applications. 8. Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment (PCD), which provides assistance and automation with the installation, upgrades, and management of the Unified Communications applications.
9. Existing Cisco IP phone firmware upgrades, which will ensure compatibility with latest application versioning.
10. Existing Cisco voice gateway IOS updates, which will ensure compatibility with latest application versioning.
11. Knowledge transfer and administration training, which will enable the system administrator(s) to maintain the system.
12. Existing Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), which provides automatic call distribution and call queuing.
13. New Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) advanced capabilities for supervisors, which will provide additional management capabilities.
14. Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), which will provide Enhanced 911 (E911) functionality for emergency services.
