We are in search of a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Senior Project Manager-Multifamily Construction to join our fast-paced team in the construction industry. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in multifamily construction and mid-rise projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CIP, vertical, Multi Family, Multi-Family Construction, Mid Rise, High Rise and concrete. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to oversee all aspects of project management, from inception to completion, on a variety of multifamily construction projects.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
2. Managing project development from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
4. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
5. Applying expert knowledge of CIP, Vertical, Multi Family, Multi-Family Construction, Mid Rise, High Rise and concrete to ensure the highest quality of construction.
6. Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks and issues, developing contingency plans when necessary.
7. Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals.
8. Conducting regular project reviews, communicating project status to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Senior Project Manager-Multifamily Construction, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry, specifically in multifamily construction and mid-rise projects.
2. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
3. In-depth knowledge of CIP, Vertical, Multi Family, Multi-Family Construction, High Rise, Mid Rise, and Cast-in-Place Concrete.
4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
7. High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
