Fortiva are delighted to be partnering with an Owner's Representative firm in Dallas to help recruit them a new Senior Project Manager. Supporting a diverse range of projects across the Mission Critical space building out data center campus's for both Big Tech and smaller bespoke clients.

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible providing leadership and oversight for the planning, execution, and delivery of mission critical projects on behalf of our clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from design and pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation development with improved quality and efficiency
• Manage multiple projects of varying complexities
• Manage and perform all tasks required to deliver a project:
• Contract review and development
• Cost estimate/report review
• Industry benchmarking
• Effectively develop documentation including the following:
• RFP’s
• Project schedules
• Action items matrices
• Meeting minutes and agendas
• Participate in client presentations for new work
• Comfortably and efficiently chairs project meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data centers or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience as an owner’s representative, managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Deep knowledge of data center design, construction, and operational requirements.
• Strong understanding of project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar credentials is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and contract management.
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
