Project Manager (Hybrid schedule)

Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and leading projects from conception to completion. The role requires ensuring project scope, schedule, and budget adherence, collaborating with internal teams, and applying engineering expertise. The Project Manager will also participate in business development and proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project scope, schedule, and fees in coordination with leaders
• Lead project teams, ensuring client expectations are met
• Monitor project progress, profitability, and adherence to company policies
• Support in securing funding from state and federal agencies, if required
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of civil engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with engineering contracts and technical reporting

Additional Qualifications:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of design, regulatory, and funding codes
• Valid driver’s license and insurability

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with marketing and selling engineering contracts
• Travel as needed for project coordination
• Participate in internal discussions on project profitability and client management
