About the Job
We are ServiceMaster Restore. One of the largest disaster restoration companies in the US – we provide water damage and fire damage services to residential and commercial customers – is in search of a Sr. Project Manager in the South Bay - Milpitas. This project manager will be responsible for helping to drive the continued growth of a multi-million-dollar branch through exceptional project management, estimating, and customer service. This position reports to the branch manager.

The Senior Project Manager position is the primary liaison between the insurance company and our customer who has experienced property loss. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business, project management, estimating, and billing. This position reports to the Branch Manager.
Responsibilities
- Complete project work orders and work with Project Managers, Production Managers, Job Coordinators and Production Teams to ensure the best quality service.
- Personally call on client base and prospects as assigned to establish a good working relationship and recurring referral base.
- Represent our company so that the ServiceMaster image is enhanced in the eyes of all customers at all times and to promote outstanding service
- Estimate and manage projects as assigned following established policies or standard operating procedures
- Follow all preferred vendor program guidelines.
- Attend and participate in adjuster or insurance industry-training programs, as assigned by Branch Manager
- Maintain and improve on established revenue goals
- Maintain and improve profitability
- Complete and maintain all required training and certifications: IICRC, AHERA, etc.
- Complete all billing and billing associated duties as scheduled or assigned
- Complete on call duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous Restoration Management, Project Management, Construction Management experience is required.
- College degree is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Restoration or Construction Industry a plus!
- Must possess good written and verbal skills.
- Must be able to estimate a project.
- Experience using Xactimate is a plus.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must have a clean background check.
