Southwest California’s top Mechanical Contractor is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join their thriving team. They specialize in delivering top-tier HVAC and Plumbing solutions across the region, and we’re looking for an experienced professional to help lead and manage our high-profile projects.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple complex HVAC & Plumbing projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering a collaborative, solution-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on HVAC & Plumbing systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC & Plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
