We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee mechanical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management and mechanical systems, with a focus on HVAC projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and engineering staff.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management within the mechanical engineering sector.
- Proven experience managing HVAC projects is highly desirable.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
