Senior Project Manager

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Project Oversight

  Leading all project phases, ensuring appropriate staffing, and keeping timelines on track.

  
  

• Material Management

  Negotiating material pricing, coordinating purchasing, and ensuring on-time delivery of tools and equipment.

  
  

• Budget Control

  Monitoring budgets, managing costs, and achieving financial goals.

  
  

• Client Relations

  Building strong relationships with clients, architects, and suppliers while serving as their primary point of contact.

  
  

• Team Leadership

  Guiding field supervisors, superintendents, and foremen through pre- and post-project meetings while motivating your team.

  
  

• Compliance

  Ensuring all permits, insurance, bonds, and change orders are properly documented and inspections are completed.

  
  

• Site Inspections

  Regularly visiting project sites to monitor progress, address challenges, and uphold safety standards.

  
  

Who You’ll Work With

• Reports To

  Vice President of Construction.

  
  

• Collaborates With

  Estimators, Field Supervisors, and the Accounting Department.

  
  

What You Bring

• Education

  High school diploma required; a four-year degree is preferred (equivalent experience considered).

  
  

• Experience

  Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory role within commercial plumbing.

  
  

• Skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and direct teams effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail for cost analysis and project tracking.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools and office software.
