The Senior Project Manager, Market Actions & Remediation will be
theprimary liaison between ICU Medical and Customer Accounts. This role
will act as the primary point of contact for all communication and
approvals regarding resource allocation and account scheduling.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management skills:
o Support creation and maintenance of a Master Schedule to facilitate
coordinated scheduling
o Create, communicate, and manage detailed plans with Customer Accounts
o Manage Resource allocations for account scheduling
o Co-manage assigned Resources (provide work location, schedule,
instructions, etc.)
o Provide ongoing management of timelines and resource logistics (Change
Management)
o Where appropriate, coordinate return of affected devices to a Company
location
o Provide a forecast of Customer Account scheduling targets
o Document account statuses, provide Quality record
Program support:
o Implement various business process improvement and automation
initiatives
o Facilitate 3rd Party resource training
o Follow-up on KPIs associated with Resource performance to correct
underperforming indicators
o Review / audit documentation, and support reconciliation of project
records
o Assure compliance of project to applicable laws, regulations and
standards, good business practices, and company documented procedures
Communication skills: strong customer centric communication skills
required to support project completion with minimal Customer impact
Computer skills: proficient use of MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat,
and MS Word expected
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Work environment may be an office or home setting
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience Required Minimum 4 years Project Management
experience required University / College degree (BA) preferred PMI
Certification is a plus Technical Knowledge and Skills Position
requires a significant amount of phone and email correspondence, strong
verbal and written communication skills required Experience in medical
device industry is preferred Excellent customer service skills required
Self-starter Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Negotiation
and collaboration skills Impact and Scope Errors would result in
additional time and cost to the company, as well as potential loss of
customer accounts Key Internal and External Relationships All
colleagues within Company including senior management Contracted Field
service engineers, Project Managers, and Data Entry Clerks Customer
representatives in Hospital Management including but not limited to
Materials Management, Biomedical Engineering, and Clinical Planning
and Decision Making Assist Senior Managers in their decisions by data
preparation and analysis Develop proposals with solid rationale
Supervision is available for escalated issues
This role is based remotely; the incumbent may be remote in any state
other than Colorado; California; Connecticut; Montana, Maine or New
York.
