_Role and Responsibilities:_
+ Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
+ Develop a detailed project plan, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
+ Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters and risk assessments.
+ Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and team members.
+ Conduct regular project meetings.
+ Prepare reports for sponsors and executives.
+ Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
+ Conduct quality reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Must Have Skills:
+ 3-5 years experience in Project Management.
+ Proficient in project management methodologies, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle, scope management, and resource allocation.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
+ Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success
+ Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and keep projects on schedule
+ Proficient in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
Nice To Have Skills:
+ 5-7 years of Project Management experience.
+ PMI certification (PMP or PMI-ACP)
+ Familiarity with global travel trends, cultures, and regulations to effectively navigate diverse landscapes
+ Multilingual Proficiency, Especially in Spanish or French
+ Familiarity with travel-specific technologies, booking systems, and emerging tools that optimize operational efficiency within the travel industry. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive and seamless experience for travel agents, addressing concerns promptly and proactively.
