Senior Project Manager - raise consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10 years of verifiable experience in the field in project management
• Must have experience with heavy mechanical and civil site improvement at a wastewater treatment plant, pumping station, lift station project within the last seven years with a minimum contract bid amount of five million dollars
• Experience successfully completing two additional wastewater pump/lift station projects with a minimum contract bid amount of three million dollars.
• Experience on projects that include shoring and dewatering.
• MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium multi-discipline projects or large, single-discipline water and wastewater projects, pump station projects, and lift station projects
• Guide and direct junior staff in planning and design of project-specific elements
• Use previous work experience in treatment, collections, or pumping of water/wastewater to guide direction of projects
• Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout entire project's development
• Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
• Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for project compliance and permitting
• Conduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff
• Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
• Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule
• Perform other duties as needed
