Key Qualifications:

• Education Project Experience: Extensive background in K-12 and/or higher education construction projects.
• Additional Experience: Experience managing tire store construction projects is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Employee Ownership Mindset: Interest in contributing to an ESOP-driven culture of collaboration and shared success.
