Location: Las Vegas, NV
Compensation: Up to $175K (based on experience)

We are a thriving commercial general contractor experiencing growth and seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Las Vegas team. This position focuses on managing ground-up K-12 and higher education construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of ground-up K-12 and higher education construction projects.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and work schedules.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Facilitate regular updates and reporting to clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Handle risk management, resolving project challenges proactively.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years of project management in commercial construction.
  • Strong background in K-12 and higher education projects, including ground-up construction.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
