Compensation: Up to $180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects, primarily in the education and municipal sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker and a proven leader who can manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project management for K-12, higher education, and municipal projects, from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Lead preconstruction efforts, including estimating, budgeting, and subcontractor selection.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
• Resolve project challenges effectively, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on K-12, higher education, or municipal projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
