How your role fits into Boldt:
As a Senior Project Manager for the Boldt Company, you will lead and manage all aspects of the development and implementation of large, multifaceted projects, completing projects from original concept to final implementation and commissioning. This role has responsibility for training and coaching our project teams and the protection and promotion of the interests of Boldt on our projects every day. This role will also verify that the work meets all safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality that meets the budget. This hands-on role will lead the communication efforts for internal and external project reporting and be responsible for managing the project team.

QUALITY:
- Ensure the team has a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the contract documents.
- Lead implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Built in Quality (BiQ) process for the project.
- Lead design studies, provide recommendations for materials and methods, and develop cost estimates.
SCHEDULE:
- Lead the Boldt Production System (BPS), including master scheduling and production tracking.
- Lead subcontractor trade coordination meetings and look ahead planning meetings.
- Lead the supply chain procurement process to assure that it aligns with project schedule.
- Maintain up-to-date production visuals and site logistics plans.
COST:
- Control costs and enhance revenues to achieve project goals.
- Analyze and control expenditures to conform to project target budget requirements.
- Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the project.
RISK:
- Oversee detailed contract item lists and develop trade scope of work documents.
- Oversee risk management including identification, analysis, and monitoring/controls on the project.
LEADERSHIP:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to serve others while maintaining a focus on project outcomes.
- Create a project culture that empowers everyone involved in the project.
INNOVATION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Effect change by modeling and reinforcing a continuous improvement culture.
- Drive operating performance through process improvement and project management.
What we expect from you:
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.
- Ten or more years of experience in construction project management.
- Three or more years' experience with OSHPD/HCAI.
- IPD/LEAN/IFOA experience in the healthcare sector strongly preferred.
- Broad understanding of successful project delivery including financial data and production planning.
- Ability to apply innovative management techniques to inspire and empower teams.
- Proficiency in 0365 office suite.
Physical requirements and working conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to position objects and operate tools or controls. The employee is frequently required to use a computer keyboard and may be required to maneuver in confined spaces. The employee regularly needs to remain stationary and may need to ascend/descend ladders or stairs. The employee must regularly move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds. The employee is required to travel and frequently performs work on-site at construction work sites.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $168,300 - $226,700 per year. Actual compensation offered will depend on job-related factors.
