Byers Industrial Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires managing project teams, ensuring safety and quality standards, controlling budgets, and delivering projects on time. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including client communication, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation, while adhering to company policies and performance goals.

- Project Leadership: Oversee the entire lifecycle of industrial construction projects, ensuring all aspects align with project plans, client expectations, and company goals.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, ensuring clear communication and accountability at all levels.
- Budget & Schedule Control: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate those risks, ensuring project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols on all project sites, fostering a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in industrial construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing subcontractors on industrial construction sites.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, including safety regulations, quality control, and project delivery methods.
- Budget Management: Proven ability to manage large project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and senior leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and other relevant tools.
- Education: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
