Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team to support our government clients. The Senior Project Manager will build integrated project plans for contract results and new products in development projects. Leads a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, leads, and controls the status of projects and budgets; leads schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for supervising project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with team members and line managers. Generally, reports to a Program Manager.

Job Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will have extensive experience in running complex cloud-based projects and possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure. As a Senior Cloud Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments. You will be leading multiple projects and ensuring that they are delivered timely, within budget, and to the satisfaction of ECMA PMO and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and complete project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project achievements are met and that results meet Government requirements.
- Work with the technical team to implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment tools, automated testing, cloud, microservices, and container-based environments.
- Handle project risks and issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide project updates to customers.
- Lead the procurement and deployment of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain relationships with CSPs and vendors.
- Coach, mentor, empower, and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Active U.S. Citizen, Current DoD NATO//SECRET
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Ten years of supervisory experience on DoD programs and projects that provided expert software O&M of Army enterprise systems
- Five years of experience providing program or project management of Government IT programs/systems and providing support to business objectives
- Three years of demonstrated ability in leading complex systems
- Three years of experience defining organizational project cloud migration objectives and requirements that map to enterprise cloud vision and/or initiatives, establishing system architecture, ensuring IA compliance, directing, coordinating, and completing project efforts, collaborating with Government personnel, and providing progress reports
- Three years of experience running enterprise IT projects in an operational, multi-tenant environment on commercial CSPs (AWS or Microsoft Azure)
- Three years of experience managing enterprise IT projects in an operational, multi-tenant environment on commercial cloud service providers (Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure).
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Agile System Development methodologies
- Ability to prioritize and display a high level of adaptability/flexibility while handling job responsibilities
- Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently lead product releases, sprints, and development cycles.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, think creatively/about the big picture, and dedicated (do-er)

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $155,000-185,000.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full-time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
