Position Summary: The Program Manager will lead programs, identify, prioritize, track and execute strategic initiatives. This includes clarifying business objectives, building program structure, establishing program/project direction, providing counsel to senior management, directing cross-functional teams, and influencing change. In addition, this role is required to direct and oversee the end-to-end program definition and governance, as well as the technology implementation and financial tracking. This role will oversee the successful execution of one or many simultaneous strategic initiatives This leader will work closely with members of the IT leadership, as well as key ADM business leaders to support program activities. Job Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of GT MADJV project management initiatives from Initiation through Closure • Partner with with project sponsors and key stakeholders to define project scope, goals and objectives, teams, deliverables, milestones and activities, resource plans, budgets, timing and risks • Build project plans that addresses all key project areas (tasks, resources, dependencies, estimates) while challenging common assumptions to deliver quality on time, within budget, and within scope • Participate in project governance and oversight activities, including a persistent focus on RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions, Dependencies), to ensure projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives • Partner with project sponsors regarding their role in ensuring project success, emphasizing non-technical program elements like organizational readiness to adopt the new solution (processes, data, and technology) • Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to ensure that projects are integrated and aligned with overall business strategies • Identify risks and mitigation plans; drive all necessary follow-through to minimize risks and remove blockers • Coach project team members to understand their accountability for decisions and delivery while providing adequate direction and support • Manage and drive overall project reporting, communication, issue management, and cross-workstream risk identification and resolution • Apply project management best practices and methodologies, ensure adhere to methodology and compliance standards set by the company • Define and track achievements while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan • Ensure end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit/value • Support, share findings, and mentor others within the Project Management Office regarding standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building to promote the successful delivery of projects • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for all projects; report all project financials • Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures • Leverage prior project documentation and lessons learned to drive continual improvement • Continually grow in the knowledge of project management methodologies and leading practices Requirements • 7+ years of diverse and/or large enterprise experience in GT project management (scheduling, managing, leading, and delivering projects from inception to close), with 3+ years GT project management experience in large scale environments focusing on the Application space, such as Microsoft Dynamics, M3, SAP, IBM Applications, Timekeeping / Attendance, etc. • GT project management experience with MADJV and Greenfields strongly preferred • Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects • Strong track record coordinating delivery between multiple partners/vendors • Deep understanding and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills, including the ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages with grace, and execute with limited information and ambiguity • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives • Expert verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization effectively • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build consensus and drive decisions • Focused and versatile teammate who thrives in a dynamic situation, ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability • Strong project management governance and business process skills • Strong financial acumen with experience budgeting, forecasting and reporting • Conceptual and detailed orientated with an ability to work in both modes • Proven ability to manage projects in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies • PMP/PMI/Prince2 or similar project management certification • Lean Six Sigma or other certification focused on process improvement, quality management, and operational excellence is a plus • Agile/Scrum certification a plus • ITIL certification a plus • Organizational Change Management certification a plus

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00
