We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee the commercial performance of a designated product portfolio focusing on water quality solutions for municipal and industrial sectors. This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to Philadelphia and/or San Diego.
Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering and technical aspects of water treatment projects.
Develop project plans, manage scope, timelines, and budgets. Present plans for approval to technology directors and stakeholders.
Ensure resource availability, coordinate team activities (internal and external), and nurture positive relationships.
Facilitate project coordination meetings and deliver updates to the management team.
Participate in technical and quality reviews, offering guidance to maintain adherence to standards.
Lead the preparation of project specifications and support proposal development for new projects.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and measure performance using appropriate tools.
Assist in training and mentoring new or less experienced project managers and engineers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the municipal or industrial water industry is essential.
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, industrial, environmental).
Prior experience in water treatment industry preferred.
Demonstrated experience in project management or related responsibilities.
Proficiency in spoken, written, and comprehension of Spanish.
Willingness and readiness to assume leadership responsibilities, managing small engineering teams in the future.
Experience in a production manufacturing environment is advantageous.
PMP certification desired.

Salary: $ 79,000.00 169,000.00 Per Year
