Senior Project Manager, Education | US - Remote
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
We're searching for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic US-based remote PreK-16 education team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our onshore and offshore teams, as well as client stakeholders, to ensure the timely delivery of print and digital projects to the highest standards. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you'll play a pivotal role in project success.

As the Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all stages and departments assigned to you.
Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation:
Coordinate development, design, art & photo, and production needs for assigned print and digital projects/programs.
Serve as the primary communication liaison, ensuring effective coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
Manage project schedules and status reports, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Monitor project finances, preventing cost overruns and revenue surprises.
Conduct quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations.
Direct freelance teams and allocate resources as needed.
Implement appropriate workflows based on client and project requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Perform other duties as required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in print and digital project management.
Thorough understanding of PreK-12 print and digital product lifecycle.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Proficiency in project planning and management tools.
Experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and virtual collaboration tools.
Fully remote position based in the US.
Desired Skills and Abilities
Advanced degree is a plus.
Physical Requirements
General office environment with extensive computer use.
Manual dexterity required.
Prolonged sitting may be necessary.
