We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team to deliver our first commercial-scale Direct Air Capture (DAC) facility, taking lessons learned from our demonstration project to incorporate into successful scale-up delivery.
What you'll be getting involved with!
As our Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of:
- Leading project management for Origen’s first-of-a-kind commercial-scale direct-air-capture facility at a US DOE DAC Hub.
- Delivering and tracking project KPI’s (safety, cost, schedule, performance quality).
- Coordinating activities between Origen and the EPC, ensuring synergy between Origen’s EPC and DAC Hub project partners.
With a long-term focus on:
- Delivering a project that performs to spec, delivering high-quality carbon removal.
- Capturing lessons learned, critical to advance from kilo-tonne scale to mega-tonne scale carbon removal.

Success in this role as our Senior Project Manager includes:
- Ensuring project readiness for FEED by end 2024, advancing through FEL-3 to FID.
- Effectively managing Origen’s relationship with its EPC and leading the project through the EPC phase to COD.
To achieve this, you'll (likely!) need to be:
- Experienced in delivering CAPEX projects, with direct or EPC experience in chemical processing industries developing technology, such as within cement, metals & mining, oil & gas, renewables, or similar.
- Able to commit to increased travel to the site(s) as we progress through FID and toward COD.
