WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - CONTENTS DIVISION?
The Senior Project Manager for the Contents Division oversees day-to-day operations of large, high-priority contents restoration projects, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely project delivery. You will lead and motivate your team to meet client expectations while staying within budget and maintaining compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- You'll lead with excellence - Manage Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Supervisors, ensuring they meet their goals through coaching, feedback, and development plans.
- You'll drive results - Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with the highest quality, using advanced planning and margin analysis to optimize outcomes.
- You'll ensure safety and compliance - Uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures to protect the team and ensure compliance with legislative and company requirements.
- You'll foster collaboration - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and create win-win outcomes.

- You know the industry inside and out - With a minimum of 5 years' restoration or construction experience (including water, fire, mold, and asbestos remediation), you know the complexities of contents restoration inside and out.

- You're organized and detail-oriented - Advanced time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills allow you to juggle multiple high-priority projects with ease.
- You're tech-savvy - Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and project management software, with the ability to read Xactimate scopes and prepare detailed project documentation.
- You're adaptable and responsive - Able to respond to urgent project needs after hours or on weekends, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
