Immediate Need: Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled leader with a strong background in diverse commercial projects.
Senior Project Manager QUALIFICATIONS:
- Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management degree preferred, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of ten years’ experience in project management including but not limited to dealing with owners and engineers, clients, employees, agency personnel, vendors, suppliers, customers and the general public.
- Must be proficient with computers and variety of construction related software. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

Position Summary:
The role of a Senior Project Manager goes beyond that of a regular Project Manager. As the highest-level project manager, the Senior Project Manager holds the responsibility for overseeing the overall direction of the company's biggest revenue-generating projects. Establishes project objectives and policies, maintains liaison with prime client contracts, and monitors construction and financial activities through on-site PM’s or construction managers. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing every aspect of the construction project, from initial estimation to its completion. Under the guidance of the Vice President, they ensure that the project is executed efficiently and successfully. Local travel is required to various job-site locations.
