Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000

Company Overview: I am working with a leading construction firm that specializes in executing high-profile commercial projects across various sectors. In particular, this firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a Hospitality background. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive operational excellence within our organization.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and budgeting to implementation and completion of commercial construction projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and coordinators, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to meet goals and ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement risk management strategies to identify potential issues early and develop mitigation plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations for upper management and stakeholders, demonstrating project status and performance metrics.

Senior Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong command of construction principles, practices, and technologies, along with an in-depth understanding of industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, capable of motivating and directing teams effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking progress.
• Ability to analyze complex information and make strategic decisions to drive project success.
• Familiarity with contracts, negotiations, and vendor management.
