The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to project closeout.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project success and compliance.
- Oversee scheduling and resource allocation, ensuring that project timelines are met.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
- Implement value engineering practices to optimize project costs and enhance quality.
- Facilitate the permitting process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
- Provide expertise in materials selection and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate commissioning activities and LEED inspections to meet sustainability goals.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder communication.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector.
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and management.
- Strong understanding of construction management processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability in schedule management and budget management.
- Experience with value engineering, permitting processes, and materials expertise.
- Knowledge of LEED certification processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tenant improvements, office fit-outs, and retail construction projects.
