Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role requires managing multiple project managers and ensuring project success through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution. With responsibilities split between the main office and job sites, this role is perfect for a hands-on professional eager to oversee large-scale projects with scopes of $20M+.

- Project Planning:
- Develop project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within corporate policies during pre-plans.
- Review RFPs, specifications, and drawings to determine scope and required estimating efforts.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement operational responsibilities for project-specific estimating.
- Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Manage the paperwork and oversee all administrative and operational aspects of projects.
- Spend 25% of the time at the main office and 75% on job sites to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and control projects through coordination with Site Operations Managers to ensure compliance with contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Investigate and resolve potentially serious situations, implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Estimating and Financial Oversight:
- Prepare estimates by calculating complete scope takeoffs.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts, including fees, payments, rental equipment, and income/expenses, to protect company interests while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Client and Team Engagement:
- Represent TG Constructors in project and negotiation meetings.
- Monitor and support project managers, assistant project managers, engineers, and site managers.
- Engage in business development efforts as needed.
- Problem Resolution and Leadership:
- Address challenges effectively, ensuring project goals are met.
- Prepare and maintain baseline project schedules.
- Continuously expand professional knowledge and encourage team innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., RedTeam, Procore, Excel) is highly required.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, processes, and standards.
- Experience managing multiple projects with $20M+ scopes in various stages.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check.
