Job Details
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Healthcare Project Manager to join our team and provide exceptional leadership for DMC projects from initiation to completion. This role involves overseeing self-performed construction projects while ensuring the highest levels of safety, quality, and client satisfaction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of multiple projects across various states (All in the Southeast), serving as the primary interface with clients and contractors. This position offers significant growth opportunities and requires travel to project sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
o Oversee entire projects or series of projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
o Lead project planning and launch activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
2. Team Leadership & Coordination:
o Manage diverse project team structures, including self-perform crews, trade partners, and general contractor collaborators.
o Mentor and develop assistant project management personnel through hands-on training and guidance.
3. Client Relations:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, maintaining strong relationships.
o Manage client communications, including periodic reports, change orders, and responses to inquiries.
4. Operational Efficiency:
o Coordinate with internal departments, such as design, manufacturing, shipping, logistics, and self-perform teams.
o Collaborate with jobsite teams for planning logistics, site facilities, and cost management of general conditions.
5. Financial Oversight & Reporting:
o Handle project financials, change management, and documentation of lessons learned for continuous improvement.
o Provide accurate project schedules and updates to stakeholders.
6. Compliance & Improvement:
o Ensure efficient project closeouts and proper documentation.
o Identify and implement process improvements for future projects.

- Comprehensive understanding of construction means and methods across all trades.
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
