Senior Project Manager - Strategic Employment Partners (SEP)

Location: Columbus, OH | Salary: Up to $150k + Bonus

We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager with Ohio Public Works experience to lead key government and vertical construction projects.

Role Highlights:

• Oversee 3-5 projects at a time, valued between $500K-$5M
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Navigate Ohio Public Works systems and processes
• Mentor junior project managers and superintendents
• Conduct weekly site visits across Ohio

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in construction project management
• Experience in Ohio Public Works and vertical construction
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with the Columbus area preferred
