Position Title: Sr. Project Manager - Civil

Pay Range: 130k - 170k

A Principal Civil Engineer is needed to take the lead in an expanding company, guiding a skilled team of civil engineers, surveyors, designers, and drafters. The team is focused on doubling in size over the coming years and specializes in residential and commercial land development.

Requirements:&

Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering&

Current registration as a Professional Civil Engineer in the state of California &

Minimum 10 years of Professional Civil Engineering land development experience in the local area &

Fully experienced with AutoCAD Civil 3D &

Fully knowledgeable of all storm water regulations&

Must be highly skilled in grading, storm drain and utility design&

Excellent written and verbal communication skills &

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide clear direction to junior engineers and CAD team members&
