About the Job
- Facilitate PI Planning: Lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, ensuring alignment of priorities, goals, and dependencies across teams
- Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships and adapt communication styles to "read the room," addressing concerns, and providing clarity through direct, empathetic conversations
- Oversee project/program progress across multiple Scrum teams, stepping into RTE or Senior PM roles as needed
- Blend management of projects and programs depending on the needs of the Loyalty Portfolio
- Team Coaching and Alignment: Mentor Scrum Masters and coach Scrum teams to improve Agile practices and ensure alignment to target delivery dates
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless collaboration between Scrum teams, stakeholders, and leadership to maintain focus on the program's strategic goals
- Progress Tracking: Use Agile metrics to monitor team progress and provide transparent reporting on key milestones and deliverables
Requirements:
- SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or RTE Certification)
- Proven experience in project/program management with a focus on Agile frameworks (SAFe experience required)
- Strong understanding of eCommerce, .com, and mobile application projects
- Experience in managing multiple Scrum teams and complex Agile projects
- Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies, including PI planning and Scrum of Scrums
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Rally, or equivalent Agile project management platforms
- PMP or other project management certifications
- Experience in overseeing Scrum Masters and coaching teams to align with target dates
- Familiarity with loyalty programs or portfolio management
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
