About the Job
- Senior Project Manager will strategically manage the development, launch, and lifecycle of applications impacted by federal excise tax regulations
- Lead the program by integrating core project management practices with strong stakeholder communication and technical oversight
- Act as the program's face to executives, ensuring clear and consistent communication at all levels
- Interface with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) and business stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
- As a Senior Project Manager, you will drive stakeholder communications, including leadership updates, SteerCo meetings, newsletters, and rollout updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage application lifecycles, ensuring smooth deployment
Requirements:
- PMP certification or equivalent core project management fundamentals required; Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, Product Owner) are also a bonus
- Experience managing enterprise-scale programs with multi-application ecosystems (~30+)
- Demonstrated success in overseeing application lifecycle management (UAT, EQA, testing, and release management)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to strike balance between assertiveness and diplomacy
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication; Need to articulate ROI and project value to stakeholders including technical teams and executive leadership
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, adapting to project needs
- Airline industry experience is preferred; familiarity with Federal Excise Tax or similar regulatory programs is a bonus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
