Senior Project Manager at Judge Group

his role is 100% remote and a direct hire opportunity. No Sponsorship.

Property & Casualty experience is required.

10+ years experience is highly preferred.

IT experience or large IT transformations is required.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, business stakeholders and project SME’s.
• Build, manage, and track project plans through execution.
• Compile reporting documentation to monitor, track and prioritize deliverables.
• Monitor and update resource allocation needs to ensure coverage on project tasks.
• Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Identify program risk and mitigation plans to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Lead meetings related to project status, risks, issues, action items, or change controls.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information and provide direction to stakeholders and the Project Team.
• Coordinate activities across different organizational functions.
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• Report project performance via the PMO and escalate wherever necessary to ensure project success.

Education:

• 10+ years of project management experience, utilizing agile and waterfall project management methodologies and proven experience in the successful delivery of large projects.
• Proficient in the use of JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office suite of tools, including Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field desired.
• Insurance experience or familiarity with the insurance lifecycle is desirable.
