The Senior Project Manager will work with key stakeholders in the business service lines and the client on implementing a new operational system across 250+ sites and 5,000+ employees in our facilities maintenance account. In addition, partner with the client on a 60% growth trajectory to ensure success from all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become the functional product owner for the operational system being implemented to drive optimal adoption, training, and client satisfaction.
- Design and stand up governance, maintenance and BAU capabilities to support all of the tools implemented
- Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members
- Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
- Be accountable for delivering agreed internal client benefits
- Coach and guide team members where necessary
- Work with the relevant business area in helping to identifying other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area
- Demonstrate robust commerciality and track record in driving effective vendor contracts
- Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systems
- Drive a culture of process re-engineering into automation solution design
- Implement best practices to reduce complexity, improve scalability, reusability, security and increase efficiency through standardization
- Provide support in performing QA testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed whilst establishing the broader capability
- Managing robotic automation support through ticket system to ensure a comprehensive database of incidents and resolutions is kept up to date
- Delivering regular and customized training to the support team
- Up to 50% travel

The successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with project management skills and prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change
The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly operational and process-driven mind-set, strong financial acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well-established transformation agenda
- Previous roles include Program/Project Delivery responsibility in a global company with similar size to JLL
- Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential
- Experience of working across multiple jurisdictions to identify opportunities for migrations/location strategy rightsizing
- Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L
- Industrial Maintenance or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential
- Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish
- Significant experience of RPA technologies – ideally Automation Anywhere or UIPath – but other technologies acceptable
- Significant experience of other Automation technologies – workforce management; workflow; OCR; email management; process intelligence
- Ability to training / transfer learning and skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Numerate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Needs to demonstrate significant credibility in having previously delivered Automation identification/strategy/design and implementation programs

Technical Skills
- Identify opportunities for standardization, improvement, automation or relocation of processes
- To own, contribute and deliver project tasks / activities as required to deliver project outcomes on the ground
- Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support for proposed solutions
- Collaborate with other Divisions, senior leaders and support functions (often across different geographies) to maximize benefit realization
- Automation experience; SDLC implementation experience
- Building a central capability to deploy Automation at scale and quality

Estimated total compensation for this position:
190,000.00 – 247,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
