Senior Project Manager: The Senior Project Manager is the backbone of the success of any project at AUC. Their role is to connect and partner with Account, Creative, Strategy, Studio, Production, and Business Operations to manage and execute projects flawlessly. In addition to projects for their own clients, a Senior Project Manager must have the experience and flexibility to assist on additional clients, new business, and stretch projects as needed. They can identify and resolve process gaps while analyzing the competency of assigned associates. And by leading by example, serving as a mentor and guide to project managers. You are great at seeking out and identifying opportunities to improve workflow. You ideate solutions, exercising cross-functional collaboration. You have the know-how to roll out and champion process improvements that positively impact the agency. You are well versed in client needs, and ensure client goals are met, and the whole team is aware of what's expected. The role of the Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to project deadlines and within budget. This includes working with the Resource Manager, to assess resources and coordinate the efforts of all department team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. They will assist in defining the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Senior Project Manager will also provide hours reporting against the monthly retainer, and project burn to the internal team. The Senior Project Manager will schedule and run meetings with appropriate team members, recapping next steps, roles and responsibilities to the team. The Senior Project Manager will also maintain and communicate internal status reports and run weekly creative status meetings, consistently working to improve efficiency and connectivity across teams. They will develop and manage project estimates utilizing data where possible. What we offer:Full-Time Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life)401(k) with company matchTraining and Career DevelopmentGenerous Paid Time-Off Responsibilities:Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.Review full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.Assign tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Need to mention training of, and day to day depth of attention to project workflow systems (right now it's Workfront)Assess project briefs, identify tools and resources, gather information neededIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.Track project milestones and deliverables.Gain approval on projects among the various departments by routing projects.Develop and deliver progress reports and requirements documentation.Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.Effectively communicate project expectations to creative/technology team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with account management and stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor"s Degree or equivalent experience is required; Project Management Certifications preferred but not required3-5 years of experience working in Project Management FunctionAgile or PMI certification preferredDigital Project management PreferredStrong ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership capabilitiesThe salary range for this role is $80,000-$90,000.
