Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in a fast-paced, growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Job Details
Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play an integral role in a fast-paced, growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met within the agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and communication plans.
- Manage the response process for RFPs, including the development of comprehensive and competitive proposals.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with architects and other construction professionals to design and implement project plans.
- Oversee the acquisition of resources and materials as per the project plan.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an asset.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a particular focus on construction and real estate projects.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and responding to RFPs.
- Strong budgeting skills with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
