Job Title: Residential Senior Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of residential construction, with expertise in budget management, estimating, client relations, quality control, scheduling, and collaboration with field supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-end, net-worth clients with professionalism and exceptional communication skills.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget by effectively managing subcontractors, materials, scheduling, and quality control.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business operations to effectively manage relationships and drive progress.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and support staff to deliver exceptional service and results.
• Utilize software tools such as Excel/Microsoft and BuilderTrend (training provided if necessary) to streamline project management tasks.

Daily Activities:

• Engage in a mix of office and field work, with flexibility based on individual preferences.
• Conduct business development activities, project planning, and client management.
• Oversee site superintendents and ensure project milestones are met efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential project management, with a focus on high-end clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
