Responsibilities:
- This role will be supporting the Learning and Development function of client Direct.
- The candidate will need strong organization, communication and collaboration skills, as they will be working with multiple stakeholders.
- They will need to be able to work independently towards the given deliverables.
- Manage concurrent Learning and Development projects effectively and on time and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Facilitate stakeholder meeting and provide regular updates on project and event status
- Organizing training sessions and supporting hosting and content development for the sessions
- Maintain online training calendar and recommend efficiencies
- Providing transparency of training and education deliverables across internal teams
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Proactively plan and discuss ideas with team for timely content delivery and development
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills (Required)
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
- Strong ability to accurately document and record customer/client information (Required)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Typically required)
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (Required)
- They should have experience with documenting project details into a workflow tool or database.
- Experience working in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
