ASPHALT MILLING & PAVING

We are working wth an Award-winning local client with over 100yrs of experience, paving hundreds of thousands of miles. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

5-10yrs+ in a Management/ Estimating Role within Asphalt/ Milling/ Production
Asphalt would be amazing but any heavy highway/ civil would be great
Decent company longevity/ Commitment
Engineering degree Preferred
Experienced PM with both Public & private work
Familiarity with IDOT
Financial Acumen
Lives local to Chicagoland area
Career longevity
Culture fit/ Alignment with company values
Team player

The salary range would be $100-$160K depending on the level of experience and background; we would be open to going higher for the ideal candidate. There is growth potential for moving into a role as a department head with direct reports of PMs, PEs, and Billing team.
