SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

ASPHALT MILLING & PAVING

We are working wth an Award-winning local client with over 40yrs of experience, paving hundreds of thousands of miles. They are looking to add a Sr Project Manager/ Division Head! You will have the tools and resources you need to grow and develop in your career. They are focused on inspiring greatness in others and unified to achieve excellence. The company aims to lead the market in producting asphalt that meets the needs of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

5-10yrs+ in a Management/ Estimating Role within Asphalt/ Milling/ Production
Asphalt would be amazing but any heavy highway/ civil would be great
Decent company longevity/ Commitment
Engineering degree Preferred
Experienced PM with both Public & private work
Financial Acumen
Career longevity
Culture fit/ Alignment with company values
Team player

The salary range would be $90-$140K depending on the level of experience and background; we would be open to going higher for the ideal candidate. There is growth potential for moving into a role as a department head with direct reports of PMs, PEs, and Billing team.
